Tutorial - Ashley Tisdale ++PSD Included

Involves Selective Coloring, therefore, not translatable. =P

Beginning Product:

Step One;
Layer - New Fill Layer - fill with fceb5c - Soft Light - 100%.

Step Two;
Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color;
Reds: -100, 0, 100, 100
Yellows: -16, 45, -53, 0
Cyans: 100, 0, 0, 0
Neutrals: 72, -11, -11, 14

Step Three;
Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color;
Reds: -100, 100, 100, 21
Yellows: 0, 0, -66, 0
Cyans: -100, 8, 20, 0
Neutrals: 0, 0, 0, 13
Blacks: 0, 0, 0, 20

Step Four;
Layer - New Fill Layer - Solid Color. Fill with 3b5f75 - Soft Light - 56%.

Step Five;
Layer - New Fill Layer - Solid Color. Fill with f0f4c0 - Color Burn - 19%.

Step Six;
Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Channel Mixer:
Red: 110, -10, -5
Green: -15, 110, 5
Blue: -65, 125, 28

Step Seven;
Layer - New Fill Layer - Solid Color - fill with 0e0c20 - Exclusion - 100%.

Step Eight;
My image was kind of dark, so i added another layer and filled it with d2ecf8 and set it to Soft Light - 36%.

Because of the picture I chose, the coloring I got was pretty different than the one on the final result, but, it still gorgeous =D
